Kenneth T. Phillips
Kenneth most recently was Executive Vice President of an RFID startup and is co-inventor for several patents pending initiated during his tenure. Mr. Phillips was responsible for developing RFID enabled business process change for clients such as Kraft Foods Inc, Kimberly-Clark, Proctor & Gamble, Gillette, Toyota, and Wal-Mart. Previously Mr. Phillips was Chief Operating Officer of HBN Inc., a local software networking and broadcasting company and was responsible for day to day operation of the company. Mr. Phillips has also served as a Vice President of Marketing in the Auto-ID and Supply Chain Management industry. Prior to that Mr. Phillips worked for over 17 years at Apple Computer Inc. in a variety of Sales, Marketing and Operations Management positions. While at Apple his sales accomplishments were impressive. He was a “USA Sales impact Award Winner” and 4 times “Golden Apple Odyssey Winner”, the highest level award a sales person can earn at Apple.
Mr. Phillips is a graduate of California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo with a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology and a minor in Computer Science. Mr. Phillips has attended numerous executive leadership and management training courses over the period of his career.

James P. O'Hare
Most recently Jim has started and managed several service oriented enterprises using technology as a foundation and understands the competitive advantage that affordable technology can offer a small business enterprise. Jim is certified for and specializes in Microsoft .Net solutions, MSQL and Windows Mobile Applications.
Jim is a veteran of the traditional telecom industry during the boom years having worked for Advanced Fibre Corporation as their Director of Customized Solutions.
Jim also is an Apple Veteran having served at Apple for 8 years as technical support manager in Apple service and support.

Michael T. Phillips
Michael is currently attending the Oregon State University School of Business in Bend, OR.
Michael specializes in a variety of platforms for Zen Technology Group including: My SQL, PHP, CSS, Linux, Apache, Os Commerce, Magento, Flash, and many others.
Michael also supports Best Buy on their “Geek Squad” in his off hours.

Victor offers 25 years’ experience with leading corporations in Sales Promotion, Project Management, Performance Improvement Programs, and Web-Based Technology Solutions. Victor has built a solid foundation with technology leaders in the consumer promotion and incentive business at major agencies with some of America’s leading companies as clients.
Victor is skilled at understanding a client’s unique technology challenges and developing practical solutions to meet their needs. Victor graduated from University of Columbia, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

John brings 19 years of marketing and project management experience in the package goods, beverage and service categories in all channels of trade.
